Advertising

Our class has been learning about Advertising. First of all Miss Hough showed us the Cadbury Gorilla ad on You Tube. Then we did a P.M.I chart on that ad. Some of the pluses were: They chose a good song & that the Gorilla can play the drums. Some of the negtive points were: It's not really to do with chocolate & that nothing really happens for a long time. The interesting parts were: It looked as though the Gorilla was breathing & it looked like a real Gorilla. It made us wonder what the product was.
Some of the secret ways "Cadburys" was advertised were: The half full glass of milk at the start, the purple colour in the background and the Gorilla was the same colour as chocolate We look forward to learning about more advertising and reading your comments.
