SCIENCE EXPERIMENTS

Yesterday (Tuesday 24 June 2008) we did Science Experiments on dirt. We discovered that once you put water on dirt you can see sand very easy. We were split into 6 groups. We were in group one and our dirt was lumpy. We added water to our test tube to see what would happen. After 2 days we could see it start to separate. After a week we could see it was about 10% sand, 20% dirt and 70 % water.

We can now see better what the dirt is made up of.
